For Organizations

Strengthening Community ∙ Improving Health

How will you give back to the people who help your organization thrive – whether clients, employees, teammates, students, or volunteers?

We help healthcare institutions, public service organizations, and forward-thinking corporations provide community-building and relaxation sessions that improve the mental and physical health of stakeholders managing situations of heightened stress.

Unlike other wellness programs that solely focus on the individual, our services harness the power of community. We work to reduce an epidemic of loneliness that has negative impacts on individual stress levels as well as community and civic well-being.

So, yes! Our wellness offerings provide tools and practices that can benefit participants for the rest of their lives. They also help build communities that practice authenticity, growth, and shared humanity – the kind of communities that support our best mental, physical, and emotional health.

We hope you choose to work with us not just because there’s a return on investment for doing so, but because you recognize that supporting people in being their best selves – at work, at school, and at home – is one way you can contribute to making this world a better place.

Gratitude Groups

Monthly gatherings build community through warm discussion and the practice of gratitude.

Multiple studies show the correlation between a gratitude practice and greater perceived levels of happiness – as well as improved overall physical, mental and emotional well-being. The positive impact of community on longevity and health also is well documented.

The cohesiveness and sense of closeness these monthly meetings inspire over time is heartwarming.

Offered in person and online.

Qigong

Qigong, which translates to “energy work,” is a series of gentle exercises that are part of traditional Chinese medicine. Incorporating mindfulness and breathwork, these exercises have been shown to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Participants can reduce stress and support their best heart health, blood pressure, and joint strength and flexibility. Qigong also has been shown to help manage diabetes, cholesterol, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. Exercises may be practiced standing or seated, so the classes are inclusive.

Offered in person only.

Qigong & Gratitude Playshops

Qigong sessions can be combined with gratitude discussion groups for a “Qigong & Gratitude Playshop.” Playshops deepen insights and build community as participants reflect on their practice, or other themes, in spaces designed for safe, fun sharing.

Choose from regular, periodic sessions or longer playshops perfect for conferences and special events.

Offered in person only.

Job Search & Career Club

If your organization works with job seekers or recently had to lay off valued employees, sponsoring “Job Search & Career Club” sessions is a way to invest in their success.

These online sessions are scheduled multiple times per week to provide compassionate support and accountability in the job search, and to protect the mental and emotional health of people looking for work in a challenging market.

Quick check-ins and productivity strategies boost results. The power of community makes a difficult situation easier.

Offered online to support easy & convenient participation.

The Gratitude Breakfast Club

Build connections with a 7- or 30-day gratitude challenge. Daily reflection and sharing quickly deepens the bond between participants, and the self-care and personal growth strategies that form the core of these sessions can be put into immediate supported use. Participants reap the benefits of regular, authentic connection with themselves and others.

Sessions can be held any time of day. Let’s discuss your challenge length and theme.

Offered online to support easy & convenient participation.
